The Heretic arboreal enclosure may be the most unconventional innovation in reptile keeping. It blends modern tech using the latest in heating, programmable lighting, and ambient humidity management. As standard options, the Heretic is equipped with an illuminated basking area featuring a PAR20 halogen with complimentary programmable 7% UVB. A centrally mounted heat panel works to maintain general ambient temps and do the heavy lifting during night cycles where basking temps are decreased. The final heating element included in the Heretic is the Deep Heat Projector. This component allows for a second basking basking area with virtually no visible light. The final piece of lighting is the front-biased Jungle Dawn programmable LED for enclosure lighting and plant growth. All of the heating and lighting units are powered by the included Herpstat 4 thermostat with pre-positioned probes. Over a year of testing, 6 working prototypes, and over $20,000 invested, we believe we’ve created the most sophisticated enclosure and dynamic environment available in any PVC enclosure today.

Ships assembled contiguous USA Freight or Local Pickup at our Montgomery, Texas Location. Due to all of the preinstalled accessories, the Heretic is only shipped assembled.

Palletized freight shipments costs vary depending on the distance from Houston, Texas, quantity of enclosures, size of the pallet, weight of the pallet, residential or commercial delivery address, and liftgate – quotes typically range around $950-$1600 for assembled, fully crated shipments. If possible, it is usually more economical to rent a Uhaul or bring a trailer to pick up locally at our shop in Montgomery, TX to save on freight and crating costs.
