PVC
We utilize American-manufactured expanded PVC sheets in 1 inch, 1/2 inch, and 1/4 inch sizes depending on application. It is lighter than wood, water-resistant, lightweight, yet rigid. We take pride in using American-made PVC on an American-made CNC machine! Not only is it higher quality, but by working with us you are doing your part to support our economy. Many other PVC enclosure manufacturers use Chinese PVC or resell Chinese-built enclosures.

HDPE
HDPE is cutting board material that comes in various colors as well as wood-look. We work with 1/4 inch, 1/2 inch, and 3/4 inch depending on the application. It is very rigid, chemical resistant, and scratch resistant, but quite heavy. Also takes longer to machine and assemble due to being so dense, shipping is also more costly due to weight.

Polycarbonate
Most of our doors are made of 1/8 inch and 1/4 polycarbonate. It does not warp in humid environments like acrylic, is extremely strong and shatter resistant, and must be machined with an endmill rather than laser cut.

Acrylic
Also known as Plexiglass, we use acrylic in 1/8 inch and 1/4 inch sizes in laser cut applications. It can be clear, tinted, or frosted. Acrylic has more scratch resistance than polycarbonate, can be laser cut and engraved, and can warp with high humidity enclosure environments.
