Your Concept3 has been fully assembled, then disassembled for flat-pack shipping. Since PVC is a soft material you should assemble on a flat surface and confirm tub fitment on each level before moving forward. Each panel is labeled according to its place within the assembly, labels should be removed once assembled.

If ordered with LEDs, before assembly for easy access take the left side “L” and attach LED clips with supplied hardware. Take care not to overtighten the screws into the pre-machined holes. Once the unit is assembled, clip in the LEDs and route cords out of the back or heated back using cord holes. Two links are included with a power supply.

Begin with attaching associated side pieces to their location on the F floor panel (this will be an assembly including rails when you receive it). Front left and right side pieces (LF, RF) sit flush with the bottom and front edges. Rear left and right side pieces (LR, RR) sit flush with the bottom and rear of the F floor piece.

Place your SPCR spacers on top of the lowest set of rails to install the first level 1 panel, take care that the spacers are straight and level on top of the lower rail and the level 1 panel is flush with the front of the front side pieces. Tighten associated #2 Philips screws for that level.

Repeat tub gap level spacing process for level 2 panel and T roof panel.

Once all of your levels are properly spaced and attached to each side piece, add your two front braces. Each brace should be flush with the front edge of each level and side piece, F1 brace fits on level 1 and the F2 brace fits to level 2.

They are attached with two #2 screws on each side and two from the bottom of the level, take care to make sure the bottom screws are flush so they do not catch when installing your tub.

To complete your Concept3 Ambient assembly (scroll down for Heated unit) add the rear braces to the associated level – B1 for level 1, B2 for level 2, and B3 for the T roof. They attach with two rear #2 Philips screws along with 2 #2 screws on each side. Each rear brace should sit flush with the top of the 1, 2, & T panels as well as the rear edge of the LR & RR side pieces.

To complete the Heated unit assembly, once the main frame is assembled, use the #1 Philips stainless screws to attach the respective heated sides. Always inspect heat tape after the jostling of shipment. Curl the bottom heat tape like so as you attach each panel.

To complete your Concept3 Heated attatch the rear heated panel “B” flush with the bottom F floor. Route any like cords out of the respective level holes and route top heat tape cords like so:

Heat tape must be used with a thermostat, and as per manufacturer’s instructions never allow the heat tape to exceed 105 degrees. These heated units are designed to work in average home temperatures of 72 degrees or more. Your home’s ambient temperature, humidity, and airflow play a role in your enclosure’s thermostat settings and humidity needs. We recommend Herpstat brand dimming thermostats for more accurate temperature oscillation.Your assembly is complete, remove all assembly stickers and get to enjoying!
