Black #2 Philips screws for main assembly

Your Concept3 has been fully assembled, then disassembled for flat-pack shipping. Since PVC is a soft material you should assemble on a flat surface and confirm tub fitment on each level before moving forward. Each panel is labeled according to its place within the assembly, labels should be removed once assembled.

Begin with attaching associated side pieces to their location on the F floor panel (the sides will be an assembly including rails when you receive it). Assembly stickers are placed at the front of each level.

Front left and right side pieces (LF, RF) sit flush with the bottom and front edges. Rear left and right side pieces (LR, RR) sit flush with the bottom and rear of the F floor piece.

Place level 1 into the machined grooves just above the tub rails. Helps to have someone holding the sides with inward pressure at each level as you assemble to hold them in the groove. If you do not have a helper or need extra stability, you can place the assembly on its back on the floor and manage the side pressure as you assemble each level. Make sure that the level’s front edge is even with the front edge of the side pieces and tighten screws.

Repeat assembly process for placing and attaching level 2 panel and T roof panel in their respective grooves.

Once all of your levels are attached to each side piece, add your two front braces. Each brace should be flush with the front edge of each level and side piece, F1 brace fits on level 1 and the F2 brace fits to level 2.

The front braces are attached with two screws on each side and two from the bottom of the level. Take care to make sure the bottom screws are flush so they do not catch when installing your tub.

To complete your Concept3 assembly, add the rear braces to the associated level – B1 for level 1, B2 for level 2, and B3 for the T roof. They attach with two rear top Philips screws along with two screws on each side. Each rear brace should sit flush with the top of the 1, 2, & T panels as well as the rear edge of the LR & RR side pieces. You may need to partially remove the rear level screw for some extra wiggle room to fit the brace. Once the rear brace is in place you can re-tighten the level screw.

Your assembly is complete, remove all assembly stickers and get to enjoying!
